Comments: The USS Holland was an amazing place. I met great people and had great friends. I remember my time in the pit and sometimes actually miss it. The people I worked with became family and I think of them often.
Comments: Spent 5 years, 7 months and 27 days on board the World's Greatest Tender. Started in Holy Loch, left in Charleston. I wouldn't trade the time spent on the Holland for anything. Really cool looking at all the photos.
Comments: It was fun and I wish I could have stayed. I made a lot of friends, but when i left it was sudden and wasn't able to get any contact information. Anyone remember me?

Comments: The absoulute best time of my life. Some of the hardest work I've ever done 6 on 6 off at sea, all the engine overhauls and those 1000 hour checks. And who could forget those exhaust fires when the mains got good and hot. Guam was awsome lived at Old Wives beach. Learned to dive there and spear fish. I still keep in touch with some good friends while on her. It would have been nice to see her one last time and walk AFT one more time.
