I loved being a member of the ship's golf team. I was also a ship's supertendent for the USS Alexander Halmiton and the USS James Manroe.

Enjoyed all the deployments from Apra Harbor to Japan (5), Korea (2), Philippines, Australia, and working with all personnel and their families in Guam. I have seen many former shipmates from the USS HOLLAND years during other assignments in NAS Whidbey Is, California, Africa, Afghanistan, NAVHOSP Bethesda, and Hawaii over the years.
