I remember Warrant Officer Royal, 3rd Div., Division Officer. Capt. Wrigley was the Commanding Officer of the Holland at the time I shipped over for my final tour of duty. My wife Joyce and our 4 children (Colleen, Carla, Christina & Joel), served my last tour at Bath Maine Shipyard as leading Chief (Engineering Div.), Fleet Introduction Team for the Oliver Hazard Perry Class Frigates being built there. I retired in January, 1981. I was promoted to Senior Chief during my final tour.
